Jack has been hairdressing for over sixteen years and loves to create soft, natural looks as well as being an expert when it comes to the bob. 

Beautiful hair is at the heart of Jacks work, he believes it’s not just about leaving the salon with a style you love but also being able to maintain it between visits. 

Jack is our bridal specialist, he’ll work with you to create a dream come true and will take great care of you and your whole party. With his calm approach he’ll help to keep things relaxed and enjoyable as you prepare for the most wonderful of days.

BECKY

After dedicating the past few years to her role as an assessor at Bristol's largest hairdressing training academy, Becky has decided to follow her heart and return to the salon.

Becky's profound enthusiasm for color will infuse the salon with fresh and innovative techniques. She specializes in crafting captivating blonde styles that leave a lasting impression and delivering effortlessly beautiful, lived-in looks.

LAURA

Laura is a cool blend of contemporary styling and technical genius – with decades worth of styling know-how to prove it. Laura is one of our most experienced stylists, perfect for those seeking a creative eye and an unfailingly safe pair of hands. Eminently versatile, working on a wide range of styles from pixie crops through bobs, middies and longer looks, she loves to create strong, empowering cuts for all that remain effortlessly wearable.

Meet Freya, the our scissor sage with an insatiable passion for all things hair cutting – whether it's chic short cuts, edgy styles, sleek straight locks, precision bobs, or luscious curls, Freya’s scissors are her trusty companions in crafting the perfect look.

Having honed her craft in Reading and Bristol Freya has cultivated a dedicated and enduring clientele and is now welcoming new guests to experience her scissor skills.

simon

Our go to for classic cutting, he’s highly experienced after being in the industry now for over 18 years. Simon qualified in 2005 through the Toni & Guy vardering programme. It didn’t take him long to work his way up to management level during his 12 years with the company.

He’s is always keen to learn and has recently been on a advanced barbering course looking at the latest clipper trends and techniques. While Simons a dab hand with fades his passion is working with scissors on short, textured styles. Simon has a very loyal client base, but always happy to welcome new guests to the salon. 

Faun

Faun is our beard, shave & skincare expert and founder of Dougie Johns Hairdressing.

After fifteen years in the hospitality industry Faun craved a change. In 2018 they created Dougie Johns with the simple mission to combine exceptional hosting with the best hairdressing possible.

Faun’s `intention is to focus on your requirements and always advise you thoroughly and honestly, exploring options that tailor the service especially to you.

Faun trained in both ladies and gents Hairdressing here in Bristol and is also a graduate of The Old School from Schorem Haarsnijder & Barbier in Rotterdam.
